This document outlines the usage rights for all Pursuit of Thrills digital products. By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to comply with the terms of the selected license.
Personal License
For fans and collectors who want to enjoy the artwork for personal, non-commercial use.
Includes:
144 DPI file
Permitted Uses:
Print for personal display (e.g., in your home or workspace)
Use as digital wallpaper or screensaver
Enjoy as part of your personal, private collection
Prohibited Uses:
Selling, sharing, or distributing the files or derivatives
Using in client work, marketing, or commercial projects
Altering or repackaging as new products or designs for sale
Creator License
For hobbyists, designers, and content creators who want more flexibility but are not using the work commercially.
Includes:
300 DPI PNG + scalable vector files (PDF or SVG, if available)
Permitted Uses:
High-quality personal prints (up to 18x24 inches)
Incorporating into non-commercial creative projects (e.g., mockups, personal social media, personal blog content)
Creating personal edits or modifications for non-commercial use
Prohibited Uses:
Selling products or prints featuring the design
Using in commercial videos, advertising, or monetized channels
Sharing, distributing, or reselling the original files or derivatives
Creator+ License
For small businesses, Etsy sellers, YouTubers, and other creators using the work commercially.
Includes:
Everything in the Creator License (300 DPI PNG + vector files)
Original source files (AI or PSD, if available)
Commercial use license (covers up to $10,000 USD in revenue, no attribution required)
Permitted Uses:
Selling physical or digital products featuring the design (e.g., prints, merchandise, social media content, YouTube graphics, Etsy items)
Remixing, modifying, or building upon the design for commercial purposes
Using the work in marketing, advertising, or monetized digital channels
Prohibited Uses:
Exceeding $10,000 USD in revenue without an extended license (please contact us for extended rights)
Reselling or distributing the original files as-is
Claiming the original design as your own creation
