How it works

Every month, I release a new design into the wild. Each drop is only available for 5 days before it's retired to the archives. Once retired, that product will never be available again.

Do you keep anything in stock?

No, I do not. On rare occasions there will be available inventory from recent releases due to changes in orders, but this is not the norm.

When are you restocking (insert product)?

Once a product is archived, it is done forever, resting peacefully in design heaven 🙏

I missed a drop! Can I still get something?

Ugh, that's a bummer 😞 Once the 5 day window has closed, it's closed for good. Be sure to sign up for text alerts if you don't want to miss one again!

Can you create a (insert ride here) poster, photo, or sticker design for me?

While we cannot accommodate every request, feel free to contact us with your request or idea. We are always adding new prints and designs to the store, as well as new product lines, so any feedback is welcome!

Can I hire you to create custom designs for me?

In certain circumstances we do in fact take on new projects for bespoke design work. If you're interested in commissioning a custom one-off Pursuit of Thrills design, or working with us on a larger project, please contact us detailing what you're looking for and your project budget (this must be included).

Shipping

How much is shipping?

All orders are $6 flat rate shipping to the U.S. If you are located outside of the US, shipping is a flat $17.50.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are usually fulfilled within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, it will take the following time in transit based on your shipping option. For fine art prints, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.

Does international shipping cover duties and tax?

Unfortunately, due to the variety of regulations around the globe, it is up to the recipient of the package to pay any applicable local import duties or VAT on items purchased upon receipt of the item.

Can I track my order?

You sure can! Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that sometimes it can take a couple of days for USPS to update its online tracking information.

If your order contains only stickers, please note that you will not receive a tracking number for these items as they are mailed via traditional post. Due to this, we unfortunately cannot file any insurance claims or offer refunds on these orders if they are lost by the USPS.

I still haven't received my order, where is it?

Sometimes things can take a little longer than expected. But don't worry, your order is most likely fine, it's just taking the long way to get to your door. If your package still has not arrived more than a week past its original scheduled delivery date, your best bet is to submit a Lost Package Claim with the USPS.

Please note that the USPS does not officially declare a package lost until after 20 business days have elapsed. If, in the extremely rare circumstance, this does happen, we can file an insurance claim on your behalf to provide you a refund.

Pre-orders

I pre-ordered an item, when will I receive it?

Pre-order delivery times vary from product to product. We do our best to keep all pre-orders informed of the latest timing window for delivery. If you have a more detailed question about the timing of a specific pre-order delivery window, either check the product page or contact us.

Can I use a promo code on a pre-order?

Unfortunately, due to the low volumes and the high upfront costs associated with pre-ordered items, we are unable to allow promo codes to be used on most pre-ordered goods (there are some exceptions). If you order an in stock item with a pre-ordered item, your promo code will be applied to the in stock items.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund and exchange policy?

If you aren't happy with your items, you can send them back within 15 days for a refund. If 15 days or more have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide detailed instructions as to how to return your items to us.
